Each
club from Finland attending with more than 5 competitors MUST provide an
umpire.
Each
club from abroad attending with more than 10 competitors MUST provide an
umpire.
If
you wish to umpire and learn how to use the new scoring system, you can also
attend.
Umpire
chairman will be Mr. Lasse Kuusisto (chairman of the Umpire Committee in
Finland).
Penalty
fee for no umpire is 75€
